Refunds are only applicable if the garment has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed design.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection and approval.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for minor alterations or adjustments.
Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery for exchange requests.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-made garments cannot be refunded unless defective.
Fabric or design choices made by the customer are non-refundable.
